Red Steel isn't great, but it's much better than people make out. Sure it feels like a missed opportunity, but the shooting controls arent that bad, they worked just fine for me. The swordfighting however, is a different story altogether, it really sucks. Not bad overall.

Shadow of the Colossus was fantastic. It was fun, it wasepic and the ending was quite emotional. I dunno which i prefer out of this and Ico, but either way I'm seriously considering a PS3 for last guardian now.

Beyond some bad glitching I experienced, I agree with your statements. I've always felt Red Steel got a much worse rap than it deserved.

I always just thought it ended and restarted from the beginning at some point, like a loop or something. I had no clue there was a legit ending with a rocket!
