+1 skyknight I traded some dreamcast games for a ps2 game and ps3 game that were in excellent shape. Very fast shipping and pleasant to deal with.

dsheinem said that he really isn't interested in updating it anytime soon, due to the amount of time it takes. I don't blame him, considering all of the work he is putting into the podcast. If I had the time, I would take a stab at it, but I don't see it happening anytime soon. Perhaps someone else wouldn't mind tallying up the results?

You can volunteer!

Don't remember how it was done last time but I tried something simple, used the print view then copied the page contents to excel and sorted it and every line with +1 xxxxx got on top. That makes things easier to count and I could do the whole thing myself but would be tedious to copy every single page one by one. If anybody can think of another way please tell.

From viewtopic.php?f=22&t=15174:

I already calculated almost two years worth of feedback, so it would be great for others who can chip in to do so.

Here's the highly complex  method I used for calculating feedback:

1) Copy list of totals from 1st post into a column in Excel

2) Go to first post since last totals posted

3) Write the name of each person who got a positive feedback mention (each time you see their name) in a separate Excel cell below the most current list. You may get something that looks like this:

Cells 1-100 OLD LIST from first post
Cell 101 MrPopo (based on first new post since last date totals were calculated)
102 dsheinem (also based on first new post since last date totals were calculated)
103 lost_within (based on second new post since...)
104 lost_within
105 Ack
106 MrPopo

and so on...

Continue to do this until you get to the most recent post.

4) When done, Use the Alphabetical sort option (A->Z) to organize the entire column. You'll get something that looks like this:

001 404ender (2)
002 404ender
003 8bitmagic (1)
004 8bitwonder (5)
005 8bitwonder
006 8bitwonder
007 8bitwonder
008 aaron (6)
009 aaron
010 abeisgreat (8)
011 ack (3)
012 ack

The rows without a number at the end will be the new entries. You simply add any new positive feedback to the total in parenthesis to get the new numbers (404ender would now have 3, 8bitwonder would have 8, etc.) I also delete the
cells with new entries after I update each person's totals.

5. Resort the list A-Z, which should eliminate the now empty cells you deleted and leave only the updated totals. It would look like this:

001 404ender (3)
002 8bitmagic (1)
003 8bitwonder (8)
004 aaron (7)
005 abeisgreat (8)
006 ack (4)

6. Copy and paste that into the first post - you now have updated totals. Make sure to edit the text in the post and the title to reflect the update.

A NOTE ABOUT MULTIPLE and NEGATIVE FEEDBACK:
Unless it was for multiple transactions (e.g. multiple paymnets or shipments - NOT multiple games), I ignore stuff like "MrPopo +5 for going the extra mile." He just gets a +1. If someone gets negative feedback, I make a separate column and their feedback is noted like "dsheinem (6,-1)".

If anyone is going to update and has questions, shoot me a PM or ask here!

I'm really busy right now. If I have free time I might, but i'm not promising anything.

-1 for KholdStare

Bought the SNES turbo pad for $10 shipped. After a week, asked for a status if it shipped. He said that he just put it out in the mail today. A week later, he said that the package was returned to him with no explanation. I asked him what address it was shipped to. Didn't hear back. He did refund my money but from my view point, it was a bogus story.
