It just occurred to me, not a single boxed NES game?

Sweet collection! That boxed CDX made me drool, though you have a very solid collection, I must say that the Splatterhouse 2 is a real beaut! Keep it up!

We've established previously that I am fabulously wealthy.

Actually, I don't have a lot of really pricey games (Spiderman: Web of Fire might be my most valuable). I did spend more than I should have on the Turbo Duo, but pretty much everything here was something I bought becasue I thought it was a good deal at the time. I almost always spend strictly from a gaming budget which comes from turning stuff around for a profit (e.g. unwanted stuff from bulk lots, yard sale finds, etc.).

I've probably owned 30-40 at various points and sold/traded them (sometimes keeping the cart!). I decided long ago that I like the look of the bare NES cart on the shelf, and didn't want to get into collecting boxed games for that system.

I just need Splatterhouse III to round out the collection! I'm hoping it gets a price drop when all 3 of the originals are included as an unlockable in the new Splatterhouse game coming out later this year.

Is this for real? Hell, I have no interest in the remake at all but I might get it when it drops in price(which I expect to happen sooner than later) just for those.

Sorry I missed this! It is supposed to be, yes. Considering that the only arcade perfect Splattehouse 1 was for an obsucre console and that Splatterhouse 2 and 3 both fetch hefty prices, the game will be worth it for those alone. I have high hopes that the new one will be good to, though.

I know this isn't the point of yr thread, but is the new Splatterhouse expected to hit Wii at all? I'm a big fan of the series (I mean, I've invested serious hours into Wanpaku Graffiti) so it would be awesome if it came to Wii.
