I cracked one open for Xbox 360 last night as I went through the store to make sure I was covered with the stuff I wanted. Last minute purchase was Fullhouse Poker (full price) and Resident Evil 5 (already had the DLC).
Over the past week, I went and got every DLC I could, including all of the Halo map packs which went free at some point. Even though online is dead, system link is not.
I am currently playing Riddick. Very interesting game. So far I like it.
Edit: I forgot to add that I still have a dozen wish listed games on the Xbox One/Series that are 360 games. So the console isn’t entirely dead. Outside of one case, everything that I bought on those consoles showed up on my 360. A couple of those titles I want are Mirrors Edge and Vanquish.
One game that I bought on the One did not show up on my download list on the 360: Ninja Gaiden Black. The Xbox Original title is apparently different on both consoles and is not treated as a cross-buy game.
Another issue is that Modern Warfare 3 cannot be redownloaded onto the 360 but is fine on the One.

So... it's done? The 360 market is closed?

It’s shutting down today. As of 12PM EST it’s still up.

That’s a wrap, folks.
I haven’t checked myself but it’s down to three tabs: Home, Social, and Settings.

Glad I was able to grab some titles.
Fortunately, the XB community has been hardcore on preservation. It will be possible to load delisted titles on a modded XB. Unfortunately, that process on the 360 is a bit more complex and hardware based.
I actually just remembered that for some time on the XB1 (and early Series?), when you clicked a back compat 360 title, it would redirect you to the OG 360 store. It did become much cleaner when the BC titles were natively dovetailed into XB1/XBS store.
Saw a video that 360 DLC still working for BC titles on the 360 market which is nice.

So I've seen several YouTube channels confirm if you buy a 360 BC game now on your XB Series console, then boot up your 360, you can still DL the title on your 360 you bought (elsewhere) after the 360 market shutdown.
This is good to have 100% confirmed. We didn't know if it would be walled off post shutdown.
Also looks like BC DLC is still available on the 360 but a little tricky to access. Haven't tried myself yet.

Right, I confirmed that myself when the Ghost Recon games went on sale right after the shutdown and was able to download them on the 360. Forgot to report in
I still have a few 360 titles on my wish list on the XOne. Hopefully in time, I can knock those out.
I made a back up of my external drive I use on the 360. Windows was able to recognize the drive. I had to check off the option where hidden folders can be seen though. I just hooked up a second external drive to the PC and just did a full copy over. Trying to do my own preservation.

I still have a ton of BC 360 titles on my XB wishlist. I tend to wait for sales and check Ebay for physical copies where it makes sense.
Interesting Related BC News - Industry rumors some Marvel titles might be relisted for XB (Mar Ult All 2, Deadpool) and others brought forward into BC program (Wolverine Origins, Hulk Ultimate Destruction). We'll see ...
I will eventually get a modded 360 console. Still really strange to me on a retail 360, you could DL OG XB titles to the HDD for marketplace purchase but not rip them yourself from OGX disc (as you can from 360 discs). Odd restriction. This is circumvented on a modded console, more OGX titles work flawlessly not officially on 360's BC whitelist, and can now bring up the 360 menu while playing OGX titles. Big draw for me on those.

So where can I easily see the digital library of games I own on 360 vs just those I've downloaded?
I've found manually searching for titles, then selecting "download again" tile/icon works, but I have to know what to hunt for.
I did seem to find another title that appears to have multiple listings, by generation, in Beyond Good and Evil HD (original remaster vs 20th Anniversary). The 360 HD version shows I own it on XB1/Series/via XB app but not on 360 console. Not having this issue with other titles.
