I don't recall being able to do that.

They'll probably die too soon for it to matter anyway.

Yeah, that's why I want to name them after my friends. It'd make it more realistic to me when they suck.

Second, yeah, Bee is fucking evil. Isn't one of the stepcharts a massive spin over and over again?
Thanks, mate. I think it's one of my favourite games of all time and I have played it on and off for many years. Hell, I'm going to play it today! Perhaps I can record a video for you guys

I think the stepchart you are thinking of is Winter, because it's the only 16+ song with spins on it. In both pads. And they are fast too, though you can always "cheat" and use the same foot twice so you don't actually have to turn.

Bee NM is actually very fair, it's just hard and it doesn't have a very high note count so every step counts.

Yeah, Starian's dual pad spins are bad enough. I know I'd look amazing if I could ever pull it off, but I always lose sync transitioning from one pad to the other mid spin.

Give it a shot then! We will provide moral support. I rented that one back in the day too because I thought it was going to be like Pilot Wings. It is not like Pilot Wings.
I will do that.

I liked better than Pilotwings when I was a kid. After all, in Wings 2 I got to blow things up that were not... myself.

You can see, on the first page of this very thread, my opinions on A Wonderful Life where I say the very same thing about it having an ending!

I'm a dork, sorry dude!

The worst part is, I read that post when you made it the other day, but I spaced it when I was responding earlier.

I was only 10 minutes awake at the time though, so let's call it morning duh.

Two thoughts:

1. The title of this thread sounds dirty to me. I'm a perv, so that's a factor, but it still feels like if I click on it I'll be taken to some kind of interesting video.

2. I too have never actually beaten the original nes Ninja Gaiden, and I've owned the game for 25 years...

Perhaps its time to go back and play it again.

Ah... but if you play Pilot Wings long enough, you get to fly the Attack Helicopter, and indeed blow things up!

I was crazy about Pilot Wings as a kid. I even bothered to play through the entirety of Expert Mode.

But I admit it wasn't a game for everybody, you had to have a masochistic streak.

I just wanted to pop in and say that I've been playing Ninja Gaiden (nes) over the weekend.

After spending far too much time beating my head against the obnoxious wall that is penultimate boss Jaquio (side effect being that I'm now pretty damn good at Act 6 and fly through it with little effort), I beat the game. The actual final boss was a walk in the park.

As a kid, I don't believe I ever got past Act 3.

So there you go, one childhood whale, slain with extreme prejudice.

Oh wow, I had no idea that was part of the game. I never had the patience to stick with Pilot Wings for that long. :)
