Zelda: Skyward sucks, Twilight is good, CDi games are canon

I adore all the Zelda games though, with the exception of the DS games, which are still decent, and the original NES game, which I really never developed a taste for.

I think we need to have a chat about this statement...

It is actually one of my favorite Zelda games, right up there with Beyond Good and Evil. Neither of them touch Okami, however.

I'll add to the supporters of SS. I thought it was great fun and the colorful palette of the game was a joy to behold. TP was okay but I felt that it didn't offer anything new to the series.

Also, I'll mention Okamiden as well. And BG&E really is one of the best Zelda-style games out there. And we might as well go ahead and throw out Darksiders and Star Fox Adventures, too.

I hated TP but loved SS, but maybe that is because I played the Wii version of TP? SS is an example of motion controls done right and Wii TP is an example of just tacked on motion controls. If only they just added Classic Controls too it, no wonder the GCN version is so expensive now, I should of bought it when I saw it years ago when I saw it in the shop for $20. I was like "Naw I got the Wii version"

Oddly every time I've played TP(wii version) I've felt like I need the gamecube version. It's a great game(and another I need to devote the time to beat) but the motion controls just feel shoehorned in there...now if it supported motion plus that might be a different story...
