Tip: Stop starting almost every sentence with "I". You're not a jerk by any means, but it makes you come off as self important.

I mean no offense, Luke, but I don't really think I need any writing advice from you. Given the tone of the follow up comment as a whole, which addresses all the questions which were directed toward my own personal experience, the first person and the frequent use of "I" was certainly called for.

I didn't read any of the comments, only yours. I have an MA in English from an accredited University, as well as an MBA. I think you might be jumping the gun to think you couldn't learn something from me. I also thought your article could have used some polishing.
