I wouldn't be shocked with the GoW what with the vita collection just coming out(which I think I'm going to try and get next month, since I have never played that series but wanted to). But that would be funny if there was a Symphony of the Night 2. I think I'm going to save this image and do a checklist to see if it's accurate or not which we never know because we could be doubting it now and somehow it turn out to be true

Yeah you just know Sony is going to do something with the GoW IP. There is too much money to be made on it. As much as I love Kratos and the series (GoW was my favorite PS2 game) I'm just afraid they are milking it (and some could argue that is already the case with GoW: Ascension).

That's the bad thing about massively popular IP's. What once made a game great is then overused and ends up a former shell of itself. You can't blame the developers and publishers though, as it is pretty much guaranteed to sell. There are exceptions to this of course, but generally this is how it usually ends up.

So is Nintendo doing the whole "We're only gonna do a direct stream to our core fanbase even though the people we need to reach will be watching the E3 presentation instead" thing again?

With current Nintendo, always ask yourself "would doing this be a good idea?"

Your answer is the opposite of the answer to that question.

You are greatly overestimating how "mainstream" E3 is. Basically if you are watching E3 you are probably hardcore enough to read online gaming media anyway so you'd hear about the same stuff. E3 is just about prestige nowadays.

I'd say Nintendo gets more views from youtube than from people watching E3 streams, plus pretty much everything at E3 gets uploaded to youtube within a matter of hours.

E3 Presentations are much more for the readers of USA Today, viewers of Good Morning America, and the purchasing departments of Target and Wal-Mart than they are for people on video game forums or for the "core" Nintendo audience (who already will be buying their stuff).

If this list were fake it would have Half Life 3 on it, which leads me to conclude that the list is legit.

True. Also, no The Last Guardian or FF XV.

Because as we all know those are coming out this year, right?
