Not counting games on the Saturn or NES I would have to say that a majority of my fav game's is probably on the Genesis. Its between that or the DC but I think the gene sneaks by. Idk still thinking of course. Not like this is something I have to do before the weekends up or anything.

Sucks to hear your fiancée is so up in arms. If I took up a whole room, I'm sure my wife would also, but key to any long-term relationship is compromise.

Not so much up in arms as much as a space clean freak. The room I use for my retro games is our spare bedroom(also quite small) so anytime a friend from out of town stays over I tend to have to shove things in the closet. She just wants me to get rid of what I don't play and not be a hoarder lol.

I am curious though, anyway we could get to see some pictures of your setup now? I am curious about your big toys and your records aswell.

At work right now but I can post pics of my record collection and games when I get home. Should have the bike and quad on my phone somewhere so I can see what I can do. Like I said above my "game" room is just a small spare bedroom with all my retro consoles and games. Nothing fancy. Hopefully someday I have a game room like what the King has. If I had that room, I doubt I would ever leave the house.

My picks are;

Fat Ps3-With the quality games (Last of Us) and PSN store, the ps3 is an awesome pick for all your current, retro, and PS2 needs. (fat ps3 are backwards compatible)

Snes- Large selection of quality classics and home to some of the best rpg's of all time.

PSP- portable,large library of games and rpg's, hackable, and wifi

Man that's tough. If I could only have 3 systems it would probably be:

1) NES
2) Sega Nomad/Genesis
3) Playstation 3 (due to backward compatibility)

Three, four, five... don't see why the number of systems matters as much as clearing up the space. Sell some stuff to pay for a night out with the wife, then organize the bedroom so a few consoles and games are minimally present, and put the rest in some kind of out of sight out of mind storage, closet, attic, etc... and rotate systems and games as needed.

Assuming were not counting a pc as a console I would chose saturn, N64, and xbox 360. Because emulation of those systems either don't exist or are rather poor (seriously its 2013 and n64 emulation is still pretty crappy) the rest I could easily emulate on my PC

Honestly, you should try to cut down on games before cutting down on systems. Look at every game and ask yourself when you're going to play it. If the answer is probably never then throw it in the sell pile.
