What's the most you've ever spent on one video game?

...and about $85 for King of Fighters 98 for the Neo Geo AES.

I'm a little surprised that more folks aren't mentioning Neo Geo titles as one of their most expensive purchases.

Perhaps all of the old Neo Geo games are owned by investment bankers instead of folks on this site?

I only own three AES games and paid $12.50, $20.00, and $50.00 for each of them.

I don't plan on ever paying more than $50 for an AES game. I own a Neo Geo CD (well, as of an hour ago ), and plan to start buying MVS stuff next year. Plus, with all the compilation discs on PS2 and other consoles I see no point in forking over dough for expensive AES titles.
