When the police were still in our apartment they told me to remotely wipe my ipad (which I did). iCloud still says "Requested wipe on Jan 29 at such and such time" does anyone know if the message changes after the wipe is successful? I changed all my passwords for all the sites I visit, as well as banking, shopping ect. But there was still a ton of personal information on it

The next time it goes online it will connect with iCloud and it will be wiped clean then. If you had a password on it the thieves or next owners will have to restore it in iTunes which will effectively wipe it clean. So you should be okay.

All i can say is, should of put the GPS app on it, i remember seeing this news story about some Airport Employees stealing a ipad that had been planted and they found it with the app, and knew exactly which room it was in.
