it's really the biggest clusterfuck ever, isn't it?
S'not good. Feels like they've just been trying to avoid communicating with the backers. I'll be damned if I'm giving them another 4 euros for tracking, that's for sure. (That was a nice email they sneaked in there after everything.)

That's— Wow. I think I'll just go back to the second-hand market.
Just to clarify some things, I received my copy of Sturmwind just a couple short weeks after ordering it with no problems. Dave's problem was that he ordered a stuffed animal with it. Get just the disc, and you'll be fine.

not quite. I was mad I wasn't given the chance to order the stuffed animal because I wasn't keeping up with their facebook page so didn't know about it - despite having ordered/paid for the premium version of the game more than a year prior.

Ah, that's right, that was the problem (sorry, memory faded there). But then again, you're not entitled to that information. It's not like that didn't advertise their Facebook page. I imagine that following them on Facebook, like with many other companies, gains a bit of privilege.

I'm not entitled to it, but it would have been nice to know and I expected to be kept in the loop. It was just another instance of shitty/non-existent communication with customers who had already paid them well.

What's worse is that it's turning out to be a blurry buggy mess

Why is the damn thing so blurry? It's like somebody took the video output and applied Smooth five times over. I honestly can not make out the differences between some power-ups because of this.
Poor excuse for a manual. It's a pamphlet, a flyer. It barely covers the controls, and that's it.
Dux 1.5 looks as sharp as you'd expect, and you can actually see what's happening. And since it seems the games are largely the same, down to the weapons, stages, enemy locations and bosses, I'm not entirely sure what the point of Redux: Blur Edition is.
