I'm game. I didn't know about this until just now and I've kind of off to a bad start, but I'll go the rest of the month without doing it. I had been told all of my life that it's healthy for your prostate if you do it fairly regularly, but apparently that's not true for young people. http://www.webmd.com/prostate-cancer/ne ... ancer-risk It kind of annoys me, because I feel like I could have been so much more productive had I not thought I was doing the right thing by masturbating most times the urge arose -- and it really pisses me off that all the people who told me that I had to masturbate frequently to be healthy didn't know what the fuck they were talking about.

Anyway, I think this'll be good for me. It's kind of a logical progression since I've gotten more into Taoism and the idea of sublimation recently. I've cut it down to where I go about two weeks or so without, then I do it a ton and start over again. A whole month should be totally feasible.
