Fashion and pop music have always been cyclical. "Distressed jeans" aren't that different from the ripped jeans all the "cool" people wore 15-20 years ago. Hell, even Member's Only Jackets made a comeback.
I think he was referring to your SNL prediction.

I don't care where fashion goes. In 2015 my pockets are getting turned inside out.

I'd really like the acid wash jeans to come back. I never stopped liking those. I only quit wearing them because I can't find them anymore.

All I wear is jeans so it'd be nice if I could find a larger variety of colors. I like grey and brownish ones but they only make those rediculous skinny ones in those colors. And I can't find really light blue anymore either.

I did find a pair of light blue at target but the 32x34 that I usually wear was not 34 enough. Basically I have problems finding jeans in general being that I am A. Skinny B. Tall C. not going to dress like a 15 year old skater.

I don't get why regular jeans for tall thin guys are hard to find. Sure is irritating though.

After talking about jeans I got inspired and looked online. Then I went to Kohls. I can confirm finding jeans is annoying. I found one pair that was alright, but as soon as I sat down they rode up like floods, which I hate. Plus they had some rediculous fray thing going on in the back. Then I found a light grey pair of "slim" jeans. I figured there was no way in hell but they were better than I thought they'd be. But they were already 34x34 and as far as I've found, you can't find jeans in 36 length.

Basically the only jeans I've found are from wal-mart and they are "relaxed boot" in 32x34. But they only come in 4 colors and I already have them all. And strangely, the light blue ones in the exact same size, are about an inch shorter. Every pair.

Ok that does it for talking about shit about myself that nobody actually cares about.

Hit goodwill or a thrift store for jeans. Likely to find older styles and colors that aren't 'in fashion' anymore for cheap. Wash and good to go.

I've tried to do that, but I ran into two problems: 1, I wear an average size jeans. Those are hard to find, as most people wear them until they are worn out, rather than donating them to thrift stores, and 2, I almost never see acid wash jeans of any size in thrift stores because it's been so long since they've made them.

Pfft, that doesn't stop 70s vintage polyester from showing up regularly.
