NEVER forget that you have this option. I'm extremely displeased with SSF4 - as such, I won't be buying another. That's just the way it is. I have plenty of other options available to me without having to play a game I don't enjoy, even if it happens to be the most popular fighter available.

Seems like we should play KOF XIII then. My copy is pre-ordered for PS3

I like how they translated Tekken characters on a 2d plane, that's pretty cool. I don't like the tag thing where you control 2 characters at once; it is really dumb.

Way too many issues, the main one being it's rediculous campaign to get you to buy DLC gems. I guess it's just not my thing to continue paying for game I already sinked 60 bucks into. I will definately wait for Namco's offering. Perhaps they will do this dream match justice as oppose to conjuring a lousy product that thrives on a concept of paying for some play mechanic that should be free in the first place. In the meantime KOF XIII and SF4 AE 2012 will do for me.

I'm still not clear... can you also get "gems" by like beating arcade mode, winning battles, etc?

Yes of course. But it appears there will also be exclusive Limited Edition gems given to those who purchase that awful LE set lol! Add to that BS, certain retailers like Amazon and Lamestop will have a limited edition with different gems packed in. The other issue lies in future DLC gems Capcom will most likely flood into the DLC market... the game becomes a dishonest Pay to Win situation and basically another aspect Capcom has created into their product to further maximize their profits. People aren't to happy and I am definately one of them. I hope the game fails IMO. The game is a huge mess, and for what, to cash in on their consumers and the community!?
