Games I'm always looking out for:
Lost Kingdoms- GameCube
Good 2600 and Intv for cheap prices
Cinematic Platformers that I don't have (Heart of Darkness, etc.)
As far as systems go, nothing has really eluded me. If I want a system I just buy a reasonably priced unit off ebay or something. Although, I do keep a lookout for really cheap systems that I can clean up and turn into some trade credit at a local store.
What games or game systems have eluded you?

Several years ago my roommate and I had to clean out some of our collection to pay rent. Got pennies on the dollar for most of it, and I still regret getting rid of a lot of it.The CD-i is something that seems overpriced still (so I've never tried one).
The CD-i... Not so much. As a collectors piece, it's neat. As a console it's a neat decoration.

I think the Neo-Geo console eluded me instead because I only remember seeing neo geo arcade cabinet in the early 90's. Samurai showdown was very memorable.
You took too long, now your candy's gone. That's What happens. Bkowwwww. (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻)

Well, I was going to pick up the PCB for Ninja Baseball Bat Man when I get my next paycheck. Lo and behold, someone got to it first, and now the only other place I know that is selling it is the Japanese version - and they are selling it for about 4 times as much.
Dammit. I really wanted that game, too.

I've wanted an upright or cocktail Galaga, Centipede, Pac Man, or Donkey Kong for a few years now, and the timing never seems to be right. I either could not find squat or the price was too steep when I had some extra cash set aside, or the machines popped up all over but just did not have the money available or outstanding bills to pay at the time.
I've concocted a fantasy scheme to "relieve" a nearby toll road plaza of it's beat up Ms. Pac Man, but either my balls are not big enough or I don't want to be known as the dumbass who got caught stealing a Ms. Pac Man.

One of my favorite finds from the mid-late '90s was when Toys 'R Us dropped new 32x's to $19.99. I was 18 - one of my first best finds. I cleaned out rental stores for their 32x titles around the same time. Still have them all CIB.benderx wrote:back in the mid or late 90s some dude was selling junk and I saw the 32x adapter. He was asking for a $100 bucks with no games or cable plugs. I said no and was right not buying from him. 32x is interesting, but never had one.

Panzer Dragoon Saga (I might get it in 2 months)
D2
The 3DO
A full, boxed copy of Phantasmagoria 2
I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream
Xenogears
SMT: Digital Devil Saga
SMT: Nocturne
Vagrant Story
Most of those games are rare or overpriced as fuck.

What? You can get D2 for about $20. That's what I paid for my copy.KillerJuan77 wrote:D2
