PS3 version of Portal 2 just started looking better

Well apparently Portal 2 for PS3 requires firmware 3.60. So looks like I won't be buying it on PS3 after. Oh well. I'm sure I can wait until the inevitable price drop to £5 like the last game.

You could just get it for the computer. If it's anything like the first one, a keyboard and mouse would be much better and give you that precision one would need for the puzzles.

I got it and it is awesome!

I started playing this morning and have snuck in a total of two hours throughout the day. I am on Chapter 4 presently, and it has moved quickly. The game has 9 chapters, so I can see being done in 4-6 hours or so.

So far it's a lot like the first...which is to say I find it enjoyable but unsurprising. I'm hoping that it gets more interesting and innovative as I go.

Ah bummer, for a while there they were giving away copies on Steam. I played it on the Xbox in the Orange Box and really enjoyed it. I actually really enjoyed playing through Half-Life 2 and the packs, whereas I couldn't really get into it on the PC, which I thought was interesting.

I agree with this assertion. I think it's hard to overstate my satisfaction with it so far.
