You know the only time I ever used goozex was when they were giving out free points and trade tokens to new users. Didn't use it at all afterwards, didn't see the point. Glad I didn't though, because this is bullshit.

Seriously. What do you want to bet that the entire reason they have such a draconian punishment system that denies you your credits and makes it nearly impossible for you to get your game back is that they have already sold it via an alternate avenue? These guys are shady to the max.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

I'm gonna play it cool for now. See how it goes.

Basically I want to explain to them that the game was never rightfully theirs. Just because they requested the buyer ship it to them, that doesn't give them a right to keep it. If they as they mediators want to cancel the swap, then that's fine. But buyer gets his points back, I get my game back. Even Steven. They don't have the right to hold my game ransom asking me to pay for its safe return. It was never their game. Buyer was made even, but I was doubled-down.

Yeah. You've been jiped. It just seems like a horrible double standard for them to give everything back to the buyer when he obviously didn't ask the right questions about the game and to refuse to return your game unless you pay a "fine." It's almost like a punishment of some sort, especially when they payed for the shipping the first time. They should reimburse BOTH parties, not just the buyer.

I think you could link them to this thread. They may not follow it but it's just a suggestion... don't know how professional that would be but I know we would get a kick out of it.

Excellent idea. I read that every day and I can't believe I didn't suggest it.

Point out those other listings that don't mention additional items that go along with the games either.
