Obviously you need to watch more Violent Sh*t.Fragems wrote:Harvester is just a little to violent for me sure they were trying to push a message about ultra violence but there is a point where it's just ultra violence for the sake of ultra violence. Was a little disgusted with myself for beating it honestly. I would equate the feeling to how I felt after watching Hostel for the first or last time just kind of disgusted that it was deemed entertainment.
That being said it's genius in the fact that it makes me sick. Especially given how basic everything was in terms of gameplay/visuals. Really the whole game just kind of keeps you off balance in the weirdness and the ending wraps all the craziness up into a nice logical package.

I mean don't get me wrong violence in games doesn't really bother me I play stuff like Doom 3, Prey, Quake, Resident Evil, Deadspace, and etc. I also enjoy horror films especially slasher stuff so gore isn't a huge issue with me. It just bothered me the amount of times you had to kill "innocents" in the game and how geared toward making you numb to violence it was. I mean sure there are plenty of games that can desensitize you to violence but this is the first game I've played where that was it's central goal
. There is a difference between watching violence and actually doing it yourself even if it's just a simulation.
I mean they did get pretty crazy with it

Just recently acquired Double Switch and Sewer Shark for super cheap, I can't wait to dig into them, especially Double Switch. That game is weird to say the least!

How long is the game? I'm trying to decide if it's a weekend tackle or a weeknight-after-work tackle.noiseredux wrote:awesome! Let me know what you think.
