I reccomend you to get Garou: Mark of the Wolves for Dreamcast or King of Fighters XI to PS2.

Haven't played enough to make a top 5 list without counting SSB as a fighter (it's a platformer with fighter aspects IMO) or putting in most of the fighters I've played, but Killer Instinct is easily my favorite.
