hahaha thanks again for showing up, sorry I ended up being tired and not soldiering ahead. We still have plenty of your suggestions that we didn't end up showing, so we'll have to see if we can try some of them next weekend!

Skype wasn't a complete disaster but it lagged the stream and was hard for me to handle as far as accepting calls. Too bloated, we'll try Ventrilo next time. I'll have to talk to people and see if anyone is willing to host a server.

No worries, man, I went back to make some changes to the stream page and saw your name in the chat. So thanks for dropping by! If anything, it was my fault for ending the stream so early, I was just way too tired. That was probably our shortest stream ever.

Next time, HammerGuy will be hosting a Ventrilo server, so I can put almost all of my focus into running a steady stream and not have to worry about Skype eating bandwidth and CPU cycles. There's an 8 person limit for private Ventrilo servers, but that should be plenty for the time being.

I also really need to get some more people over here, last time it was just me and Daniel running things. That meant multiplayer was limited to only 2 people and if I played then no one on our end was reading the chat/checking on the stream/getting the next games prepared.

We're working on getting a gaming club set up here at the school, if it pans out then I'll try to run some streams from there. Not sure if I'm allowed to have a camera without getting consent, I'll look into that.

Also, I still have plenty of the games that wip3outguy7 and Mod Man recommended that we didn't end up trying out, so expect to see some of those crop up in the coming feeds! And as always, if you have suggestions for things you think that would be interesting to see, let me know and I'll try to make it happen.

I'm sorry to hear that, I wasn't trying to throw things for a loop, but we had an old friend coming over so I figured it'd be better to hang out with them instead of being distracted by the stream. Plus I wasn't really prepared, I'll be ready next time, though!

But the good news is that things may not remain on Saturday for much longer. Your comment, in addition to what I've heard from other people, is making me wonder if the time slot is really such a good idea. I started a poll over here with some of my other availability hours that you can vote on:

But you can also just let me know in this topic and I'll take it into consideration. I'm thinking either Monday or Wednesday might be better since they won't interfere with people's weekend plans, but I'll leave that up to you guys. Looking forward to another stream/chat with you folks!
