Jersey

All the way. ;)
A lot of hockey teams i've been on have used this site http://www.highstick.com/jerseys/practicesewn.html. You can send them designs, and they will create the logo. You can choose between screen printing, or patches (twill). I would go with the twill. You have to have a preliminary order of like 6. But after that, you can directly order one right off the website. They are pretty good quality too. *just make sure you dont pick a jersey with holes in them, get the full cloth ones*

Thats one of the links I was going to offer up, good prices and you do NOT have to buy a bulk of 50 or more or anything crazy. If someone can come up with a design, and take orders from 5-10 members wanting a "jersey" *notice the quotes this time..dont get mad lol* then that would be the way to go.
Yep, I know im the one ya love to hate.

SWEATER!

In all seriousness, every guy I've ever played hockey with refers to it as a sweater. If someone says, "jersey", they are pegged as a noob.

But sure, I'd like a Racket Boy sweater.
