Interesting, the spherical playing field is why I like the game so much. When Im playing other twin stick shooters I feel boxed in and helpless a lot. Not with Super Stardust. Haven't tried the PSP version.

The PSP version does have an infinite wrapping playfield, so you don't have the boxed in issue. And then by being a flat plane you can more easily see the various objects floating around trying to ruin your day. The PS3 version does have style, but in terms of fun I prefer the PSP version.

Already been suggested and denied. Not into platformers.

I know you said no to Uncharted 2, but it won GOTY at the VGA, and GOTY on XPLAY. You should at least rent it. Have you beaten InFamous yet?

Flip flopping on Uncharted. Will probably try to borrow or rent at some point to see. Haha, I played Infamous for 4 or 5 hours Saturday night, but was running around more than doing missions. All I did on the PS3 last night was run updates, set my own wallpaper, and spend way too long coming up with a PSN ID since all normal versions of my nickname and other alias were taken. I didn't want to be Hobie-wan5731354886 :x

Also, just because something wins GOTY somewhere doesn't mean everyone will like it. Halo has won tons of awards and sold millions of copies, but even on PC I thought it was a piece of crap. It was like trying to play a FPS with a barge. Floaty and momentous as hell.

Very true... I hate CoD and Halo games. Did you come up with a good PSN name yet?

Well, I have one. Its very kludgy, but I suppose its better (to me) than just putting random numbers on the end. I guess I'll go post it in the PSN thread and actually read through that now.

I feel the same about the XBOX360. All the U.S. 360 games that I would want, I already have for the PS3.

My favorite PS3 exclusives thus far is Valkyria Chronicles and MGS4.

I did pick up a used copy of Folklore for $20 that was in like new condition. Seems like it will be pretty interesting when I get a chance to actually play it.
