Out of curiousity since I am too young: How is it compared to the early 20s crisis? Because that one was hell to go through.

An early 20s crisis is usually something along the lines of, "What am I doing with my life? Do I need to totally change and redirect?" and is categorized typically by uncertainty of where to go and what to do with oneself. The mid-life crisis is usually along the lines of, "How did I get where I am now? Did I make a mistake in getting here? Was my path in life the right one? If it wasn't, am I too far along to change? I feel stuck!" At least, that's my understanding.
