I'll have copies of Star Fox 2 for sale as soon as I can.

I went to a Staples today, didn't find anything remotely useful for laminating the labels. I'm gonna email GameReproductions.com again and see if I get a reply this time. In the meantime, I'll try and print up some labels on the Avery adhesive labels I bought and try the "tape trick" again. I've got three different tapes, I'm sure I can get one to look decent.
I took some pics for you guys...

It'll be a kabillion times better when it's a Star Fox 2 cart and not a Stunt Race FX cart (with "Star Fox 2" written in white paint marker on it).

Printed up a label on the Avery's using the tape trick...

I guess it didn't come out bad, but it's still looks a little fuzzy due the tape. The fuzz makes it look like low print quality, even though they print out nice. I have to find a better way to roll the tape out on them if this is to work. Otherwise, I'll scrap this idea for the desire to get the best looking label I can. Some one mentioned to me to use a clear spray and I immediately shot down the idea in my mind, but now that I think about it, it doesn't sound half bad. I have two other labels printed out already that I can try this to, I think I will tomorrow after work.

What is the possibility of doing a PAL version of Star Fox 2, is it easier if I provide a PAL version of Stunt Race?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, I have no idea on how these repros work at all.

Lol, don't worry about it. All questioned are welcomed as it makes this info that much easier to find on the internet. There'd be no difference between the PAL and NTSC versions, it's the same work either way. If you want me to make you a copy of Star Fox 2, it might be easier for you to obtain a PAL copy of Stunt Race than for me to try and get one.
edit: I just thought of one thing though... I wouldn't be able to test the cart on my NTSC SNES system. I'm trying to think of a work around for this.

Finding a copy of Stunt Race FX wouldn't be a problem but the issue of testing is a tricky one. Hmm.
If you do find a way of testing the game then let me know because I would be really interested in having a PAL version of Star Fox 2.

I'd be interested in a Secret of Mana 2 if/when you manage to get some of those done. PM me with any info Imay want to know that I haven't learned over the last 5 pages, if there's any. Thanks!

Made some more labels today, they came out a lot better...

I'm perfecting my method. Rolling the tape doesn't work out so great. This time, I used the corner of a piece of wood and kinda scraped it across like you would a spackle knife. This pushes a lot more air out than the rolling method. There's still some "fuzz" but a lot less than before. I'm almost completely satisfied with these labels at this point, and I think this is what I'll be using.

Maybe I can do a region mod to my SNES mini.

Those labels look pretty damn good. You can see the unevenness of the piece of wood you used, though, on the label. Maybe try something like a putty knife or a spatula for a smoother edge.
