These are some good tea suggestions, I can't wait to give them a try.

What are you talking about? Lipton has a huge following among southern sweet tea drinkers.

But, if you want to make this a southern-ness pissing contest:

My parents were both born in Cherokee County, GA, both to rural families (though Atlanta is slowly swallowing that part of the state now). Neither had indoor plumbing in their youth. I was also born in Georgia, but raised mostly in Alabama. I grew up going white-tail deer and squirrel hunting. Up until about a year ago, I drank roughly a two-quart pitcher of sweet tea a day. I insisted on using White Lily flour when making biscuits up until they got bought out. My aunt doesn't like to take communion at her church because she doesn't like the foot-washing. Etc...

The best way to lose weight is to exercise daily for at least 30 minutes (even if that's only going for a walk) and to eat foods that low in calories.

To lose weight and keep it off you have to be willing to stick with a diet and exercise plan for your whole life. I couldn't eat just a banana for breakfast and lunch my whole life, but I can stick to a plan of eating within a 2000-2500 daily calorie limit and getting at least 30 minutes of exercise each day.

I only started doing this religiously about a year and a half ago and I've lost about 30 pounds.
Thankyou for saying it.
