Is it even worth it to buy a xbox360 or ps3?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

My laptop has a GMA965 and it can't run any of that...not that I ever expected it to. Hell COH doesn't even install, because it says it requires a certain graphics feature. Cant remember if it was shader 2.0 or something else.

It runs fine on my friends macbook which has the 965/x3100, are you using the newest drivers? If you want proof I can always load up a video on youtube of the games running on the GMA900.

Haven't checked out any indie games on the PC really. Got a good website dedicated to that scene?

Ryan: 17fps? Wow. I cant handle less than 25/30 and prefer to be in the 40s.

Niode: I havent had the 360 very long, but out of the 3 games I have, 2 are exclusives and some games I do like better on the PC. I used and abused those hotkeys on Fallout 3. Also my monitor will do 1650 x 1080 when my pc is running it(Which is a pretty common res for a 22" BTW) but when my 360 is hooked up it does 1080p, so sometimes the 360 counterparts look a little better. Anybody know why that is, cause its got me hella confused.

As long as its not choppy, if its slow I dont mind. Plus gaming on a fairly old laptop (tech wise anyway) I have low standards

Oh really? I think you'll find it's 1680 x 1050.

Wow people were still angry when I went to bed last night? So you are correct. Give yourself a pat on the back. Also note I was, for the most part, agreeing with you, but I guess that the rest of the post just didnt matter. Oh well
