If it helps any of the server lag/issues with pokestops and the rest, GOOD. I'd rather those sites be shut out as they effectively ruin the exploration angle of things.

I need to set 30min aside burn my other egg as I've got 330+ candies and the pidgey to go with those for a good heavy level up along with a couple eevee and the eggs too.

Candy keeps bugging me, it's very slow, so now I just am split on it. Anything worthwhile seems to take far too long as they end up being 5km stuff (dratini, snorlax, etc) but I also have a nice supply of mid-tier stuff ready for their 2nd/final evolutions with 50 candies needed and them around 25-30 each and they just never pop up in game at all. Very tempted to start skimming those off to load the pokedex.

Some of us don't have time to explore everywhere because Niantic can't be bothered to give us any means to track the little bastards down. Those trackers were a nice compromise.

I don't have the time either and I'm limited in my scope where I can go pretty much always, yet I'm around 100 found/caught. I end up mostly walking around the neighborhood or pulling it out when I drive somewhere around here and use it when I can do I don't end up rear ending a car.

I mean I do get it I was pissed when they removed the little feet distance meter, it should never have been removed, but having a big tool that siphons off the network causing the experience to degrade for others is garbage too. Thanks to the original trackers it caused them to ad some significant delay lag for what happens on screen vs location making pick ups a problem if you're not just walking, and also some dumb lag on poke stops populating data too which is annoying too.

My two Pokemon are still in their Gyms. This means that both of them have officially lasted for over a week.

Go, Fluffball and Eggplant.

*so proud*

A week is great. I've got a week on one now too. It was 30 coins a day the past week, but 20 is still good too. I hope to find more tomorrow! I can comfortably defeat Pokémon over 2000 CP now in gyms.

Speaking of gyms, another "feature" now introduced is any Pokémon you see in a gym is now "seen" in your Pokédex. That's gonna mess up your seen/caught balance now!

Ugh yeah but it makes sense, you do see it, at least if you fight it it should show up.

Annoyed, stupid touch panel on my phone. I was doing my pidgey dump with the lucky egg for XP, and somehow I hit evolve instead of transfer and I got a pidgeot which ate up a lot of candy. I did find a few others inventory I could pop up due to candy, but still was a bit short. I am now 3k away from Lv23 because of it when I should have popped just over that.

Made up for my lack of restock yesterday by going out a bit today. Took out two Gyms while I was there and picked up 40 coins for the day. One of them has already been returned to me, but the other one is 5th in rotation in a Lvl 7 Gym, so I'm hoping he lasts another day or so *crosses fingers*

Hatched a Bulbasaur today that didn't suck! Every one I've caught up til now has had horrible stats, but this one's a keeper. I shall evolve him soon.

I'm also just a couple hundred points away from Lvl 24. If only I had captured three more Pidgey's

Amazingly I hit 23 today and finally got rid of the mocking shadow of slowbro, caught one, it's crap rated but it's +1 to the caught/pokedex. Ended up snapping up a few other things, mostly fodder for xp, but it was a nice run of it.

I got brutally cock teased by a snorlax. I think the game glitched, I was in this small spot where it would just show up say in a 200yd radius or so and I drove my car up every nook and cranny I could go aside from walking into locked buildings and it never showed for 10min. :( Even if it was crap I could use the candy as the walking payout at 5km sucks.

Time for another MEGA UPDATE!

Started out today with 2 gyms, but I waited to collect my bonus! Good thing!

Much of the gym action today was training! Valor was well RED-resented again!

Before that, today's silly Pokéstops!
Image
Image
I had this gym, but it didn't last long. Trained it too.
Image
But today, the big focus with a ton of items was to locate as many Level 9 gyms as I could remember (before trackers went down yesterday), and I ended up in not one, not two, but THREE!
Image
Image
Image
The second gym, I'm first in. I hope these 3 will give me days worth of coins.

I also explored our Valor dominance along the long road, and visited my Flareon, now in for nearly a month!
Image
I also found a drop-in opportunity.
Image
Finally, beat a weak Instinct gym to put this one in for its first defense!
Image
So by the end of the day, I did just as well as I did last month!
Image
Image
7 gyms again! (Now 6, Snorlax returned at the drop-in. Arcanine will probably be next to return, followed by Slowbro I'd imagine. I do feel that I'm comfortable enough to get at least 40 a day for the next week, 50 if Slowbro does a good job defending.)

But wait, there's more! Got a rather interesting medal.
Image
Finally, an elusive shadow returns.
Image
COULD IT BE?! Without a tracking app, I decided to just walk along and try.
Image
THE LONG SEARCH IS OVER! Appraised like crap but I'm gonna hug it and call it George and not get rid of it, dammit! BUT, a little bit after that, after 8 Ultra Balls and 3 berries, I missed a Charmeleon, it ran away!!

Other than that, gym dominance and solid performances, and that Dratini shadow is no more!

I don't have much to add to yesterday other than at the grocery store today my phone buzzed in my pocket and it was a vensaur in the meat department (irony in there somewhere!) It was a joke...CP in the lower 300s, still a red ring, took a few balls. I figured just for the pokedex entry. I looked it's 325CP, Razor Leaf+Petal Blizzard with 49HP. The arc is I'd think maybe 40% filled (boost=600 dust+1 ball)... it's decent, hp best, stats say get done in battle (and it's tiny.) I know it's garbage. Not sure if I'll erase it or not. Any suggestions?
