So apparently Trump is in the process of suspending the interview waiver process for countries that it was prior offered to.
So no more online check for Australians for 90 day tourist Visas, now have to to do one on one interview for a tourist visa.
Bit much for a tourist visa, trust me, no one from Australia wants to jump ship and be an illegal alien in The States.

I watched the President Interview on Hannity last night which did not score a touchdown (his football trademark). The Fox interview not as well done as ABC Muir who knocked it out of the park; YouTube links a couple pages back.

It's a whole new level of stupid to be "pro-life" because it's "murder" and be "for the death penalty". Murder is murder, that is all there is to it. On abortion the subject is at least debatable, with the death penalty it is cut and dry.
Thank you! I hate it when some do the spin, or cannot even tell the difference. Pro-life is just a shortened moniker for the abortion political stance. Most would agree a child, infant, unborn fetus, whatever you want to describe it, is innocent and thus deserves a chance at life. Whereas, most convicted of murder, have done horrendous crimes and are being removed from society. Yet you will connect the 2 and boil it down to the wordrink usage of prolife.
At what stage is the abortion removing a cyst or a person?
I am against banning, but am for cutting the funds. Some Planned Parenthood locations do not offer Prenatal care which makes the "Pro Choice" without a choice. However, at what stage after conception is considered life? I think the abortion stance should weigh in when the developing baby inside is aware with a consciousness. At that stage, an abortion should be considered murder.

A women has a right to her own body for such a deep personal decision, but should consider the other conscious entity inside her. With that stated, perhaps the 20 week ban (heart fully developed) makes sense?
One aspect on the ethics of abortion birth control; modern medical detection has opened a Pandora's box of potential "Selective Breeding". Should an abortion be performed if the baby inside proven to have a severe handicap? This at many times would not be known until late incubation. Is it humane to perform the abortion so a handicapped baby would not suffer while alive? This is a very tough "what is best" for the unborn.http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nati ... /95389734/
Ohio governor vetoes 'heartbeat' abortion bill, but passes 20-week ban
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Gov. John Kasich on Tuesday rejected the so-called “heartbeat bill”, breaking with his party to veto legislation that would have given Ohio the strictest abortion ban in the nation. Kasich did tighten Ohio's abortion laws by signing a bill that would prevent abortions after 20 weeks' gestation, when opponents of the procedure say fetuses can feel pain.
The 20-week ban will restrict access to abortion while still chipping away at Roe v. Wade, abortion opponents such as Gonidakis argue. Still, it does not include exceptions for rape, incest or severe fetal anomalies. It does include an exception to save the life of a pregnant woman.
More than a dozen states have a ban on abortions after 20 weeks gestation. Still, those could be overturned or taken to the Supreme Court for ruling. Current Supreme Court standards say states may not limit abortions before a fetus is viable outside the womb, generally accepted as 24 weeks' gestation.
Another thought on the morality; take a look what had taken place for 35 years in China (rescinded in 2015) one baby per household, aborting if not a desired baby boy or baby girl.
"When you create a system where you would shrink the size of a family and people would have to choose, then people would ... choose sons," Fong says. "Now China has 30 million more men than women, 30 million bachelors who cannot find brides. ... They call them guang guan, 'broken branches,' that's the name in Chinese. They are the biological dead ends of their family."

Watching the Big Joe Video, a shocker when he mentioned Planned Parent Hood founder Margaret Sanger.

Fact Check: Was Planned Parenthood Started To 'Control' The Black Population?
Ben Carson alleged in an interview with Fox News Wednesday that Planned Parenthood puts most of its clinics in black neighborhoods to "control the population" and that its founder, Margaret Sanger, "was not particularly enamored with black people." Carson, a famed neurosurgeon turned Republican presidential candidate, has been a vocal opponent of the group.
"Maybe I am not objective when it comes to Planned Parenthood, but, you know, I know who Margaret Sanger is, and I know that she believed in eugenics, and that she was not particularly enamored with black people. And one of the reasons you find most of their clinics in black neighborhoods is so that you can find a way to control that population. I think people should go back and read about Margaret Sanger who founded this place — a woman Hillary Clinton by the way says that she admires. Look and see what many people in Nazi Germany thought about her."
Did Margaret Sanger believe in eugenics? - Yes, but not in the way Carson implied.
Eugenics was a discipline, championed by prominent scientists but now widely debunked, that promoted "good" breeding and aimed to prevent "poor" breeding. The idea was that the human race could be bettered through encouraging people with traits like intelligence, hard work, cleanliness (thought to be genetic) to reproduce. Eugenics was taken to its horrifying extreme during the Holocaust, through forced sterilizations and breeding experiments. In the United States, eugenics intersected with the birth control movement in the 1920s, and Sanger reportedly spoke at eugenics conferences. She also talked about birth control being used to facilitate "the process of weeding out the unfit [and] of preventing the birth of defectives."
And, Wellesley's Reverby said, that was sometimes the case for birth control clinics historically, too. They may have been available in communities where more general health care was not, raising some ethical questions. "One of the issues is ... what happens when you can find birth control clinics but you can't find primary care? It's just a question of what the state's willing to provide for," Reverby said. "Was there overuse of birth control and sterilization in poor communities in some states? Absolutely. It's a complicated story."

I did not realize that Trump's executive order to limit immigration from key countries was illegal. Turns out US law expressly prohibits that sort of immigration discrimination. I am sure it will face legal challenge rather soon.

Prohibiting immigration from certain countries is not illegal, this has been done for centuries. Putting the discrimination spin has no validity. Since when does a newspaper man determine law? Bad enough they are already controlling the public thru their bias tactics. Traditional Journalism is struggling or maybe now dead.marurun wrote:I did not realize that Trump's executive order to limit immigration from key countries was illegal.
