If you can see the future while remembering the past, you may just have control of the present.

It sure seems like you both have a lot of fun and I love how she views every game as if it's the best game in the world. She sells it well and while I don't agree with everything said they are well worth watching.Metal Jesus wrote:I'm glad you are enjoying them! I have not gotten around to playing through Chrono Cross >.> So with that said, I would of selected Final Fantasy VII.

Re: The MetalJesus Video Thread
That "Flightstick" has a limited amount of PS1 games that work with it, but you can set it to Dpad mode for older non dual shock PS1 games. There is also one PS2 game that does work with the analog mode of the left Flight Stick.Metal Jesus wrote:PlayStation Analog Joystick (SCPH-1110)
@ Metal Jesus and Reggie - A must read, prepare to be amazed what Gamecube Games; especially a very good inexpensive obscure Flight Simulator on the Wii that are matched perfect to the old PS1 Duel Flight Stick with a simple plug in adapter.
SPCH-1110 - http://www.racketboy.com/forum/viewtopi ... 13#p594613
Both left and right handed Flight Sticks are used, so perfect for this flight sim!

I also reviewed the rare PS1 Dual Analog (own two) mentioned in your video linked at my signature.

Re: The MetalJesus Video Thread
Nice video! There are so many exclusive import games to discover on various systems, the SNES has some real gems! I play mine on a SNES Supaboy Hyperkin which works with both SNES and SFC games.
If I ever get a regular SNES console, I would certainly trim off the mechanical lockouts as long as the cart can plug in without too much sideways movement. This would be better then removing the entire lockout shell to help guide the cart straight. Too bad the Super Famicom carts couldn't just swap with the back of domestic carts like the N64 carts to keep the alignment assist region lockouts. I suppose one could go mod crazy to fit a SFC PCB inside a SNES shell, but the console mod is not that difficult and is hidden as to not show externally.
Be careful of that Game Genie as an import adapter. If it is like the NES and Gameboy versions, the PCB connector is thicker then a regular game cart connector. Though not as critical as a NES toaster configuration, still a risk of damaging the console connectors.
My Super Famicom imports:
Nintendo Mario Picross
This game plays as a cross between the Windows MineSweeper and Soduko. Look for the Arcade Logic Pro 1 and 2 for this very cool puzzler game. Who knew one could have so much fun counting and adding numbers. Really, give Logic Pro 2 on Mame a go to see why this style of game is a hidden gem.
Nichibutsu Arcade Classics
Arcade collection includes Moon Cresta, Frisky Tom and Crazy Climber. Had to buy the cart due to Crazy Climber, a great game with duel stick gamepad button control.
Banpresto Super Gussun Oyoyo and Oyoyo 2
Both games an action puzzle style of dropping Tetris blocks to form climbing blocks to the top and also crush enemies so your "Lemmings" character can get to the exit at the top. If there is one SNES import be sure to get this, (well both) for the uniqueness of great gameplay. There is a mode on Wii Tetris Party that plays like these games.
Super Genjin and Super Genjin 2
Its Bonk from the Tubographx! The second game is the better of the two Super Famicom carts. Weird that both the SNES and also the Gamecube Bonks are import only games.
