Half the time marked at least 10% above retail at least; when trying to ask about reasons why they're scamming their customers with broken hardware at high prices, they block you on FaceBook and cancel your username's email for logging in on the profile page of their website. The only good thing about this place is when the dick owner's mother is running the place, she honors returns and if a cartridge and case go together she would probably give it to you instead of labeling the cartridge as a "not for resale" when it's a for resale copy. This idiot and his mail ordered bride (I asked & she really is a mail ordered bride, which is illegal to say the least) can not run a business worth of my literal crap. If they wanted to be in debt because of alienating customers, they sure as hell are going to get that. I hate G.O.B. (Guild of Blades) because of their greed and problems and I feel we should all alert others about their criminal ways of screwing the customer over.

G2K Games
132 Fiddlers Run Boulevard
Morganton, North Carolina
Apparently...this is a chain with ten locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia:

In any event, I visited the Morganton, NC location. The staff was friendly, and the store had a great selection. Most games were priced $4.99 which was too high for some, too low for others, but just right for everything that I picked up. I recommend it, and I will definitely stop back the next time I visit that part of the state.

The guy who runs this shop is awesome. He's got a ton of stuff and will often throw in free games and cleaning kits in addition to usually knocking a couple of bucks off the prices of things.

There's a store in Salem, OR that keeps the Game Crazy flame lit
Game Crazy
4855 Commercial St SE
Salem, OR 97302

I stop by when I run through town and the stock doesn't seem to change much. I've picked up a couple PS2 RPGs that were above eBay prices but at least I could confirm the condition first-hand. At times they've had a great collection of loose NES, SNES, GB, GBA. Last few years, the focus has been on a large display of N64. Not a lot of hardware and merch for sale.

It's also a computer repair shop, so it's a real hole in the wall, not much floor space, but tons of shelf space. Games for Atari 2600, NES, SNES, N64, Genesis, PS1, PS2, PS3, PSP, Gameboy, GBA, Gamecube, Xbox, Xbox360, and PC. Also sells consoles, cables, and controllers. Offers console & disc repair services.

Can I mention that the Book and Music store in New Albany (under the Indiana) section has closed? Either that or it's moved to a new location. It's a shame- they were poorly organized but they had the biggest selection of retro stuff out of all the local Book and Music stores.

Just want to reiterate how terrible this place is. Sucks that it's the closest shop to my house by a pretty wide margin. "10% over retail is" pretty generous when 5 bucks is the CHEAPEST price they sell at, even for sports games or SMB/Duck Hunt.
Also wanted to mention that I went to Traverse City a while back and Hocus Pocus is closed. Not moved, just gone. Also Gamecoland in Clinton MI.
