I found it before I saw your MegaMan post. I was pretty sure it was a Capcom title, so I was just going through cartridge pics until I found which one matched.

right away I knew it was Capcom, and I was pretty sure it was a MM, so I just said MM right away, then went looking thru the MM cartridges and by the time I got to 4 you had beaten me. Good job, man!

yeah, the reason I posted it right away though is that there's been a few times that I've had a hunch but went off to confirm FIRST and in the meantime someone posted my guess and it was right. Catch-22.
