Wii-U thoughts so far

Well, the guy selling me my Wii U backed out at the last minute. This sucks.

We're getting the Nuketown map for Blops 2. Better late than never.

How are the call of duty games on the U? Are there people playing?

They play fine. You can use whatever control option you want (gamepad, wii remote, wii u pro controller, and even the wii pro controllers!)

I don't know about Ghosts, but last I checked blops2 has about 1-2k dedicated players. You can find a match in tdm or kill confirmed; other modes are quite barren.

Both Blops2 and Ghosts are at $14 and change on amazon. I was thinking of getting em.

Have you played Ghosts before? I wouldn't really recommend it. It has an okay campaign but with awful multiplayer mechanics/maps.

No I haven't played Ghosts but I have heard it's garbage. Maybe I'll get Blops 2 only.

I'm really not trying to dissuade you from playing it but I've played a good chunk of the series and it was a disappointment. That being said, I liked the campaign and would recommend trying it out... But I would wait for it to hit the five dollar used bin
