ROH have finalised all of the world title matches for the 'Best in the World 2011' internet-PPV, live from NYC on June 26th;

ROH WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH; Eddie Edwards (c) vs Davey Richards

The American Wolves collide as Davey Richards challenges his long-time tag team partner Eddie Edwards for the ROH World Heavyweight Title. This wasn't a match that Davey sought, but Eddie felt the need to prove that he could defend his belt against Richards, a man that many thought would be the next world champ after Roderick Strong. Eddie has been through a number of gruelling title defences against the likes of Chris Hero and Roderick Strong, can he withstand this fresh test or will Davey Richards become the 15th ROH World Champion? And what will either outcome mean for the future of the American Wolves?

ROH WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE - 4-WAY ELIMINATION MATCH; Wrestling's Greatest Tag Team (c) vs The Kings of Wrestling vs The Briscoe Brothers vs The All-Night Express

It doesn't get much bigger than this and Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas will surely have their work cut out for them as they attempt to defend their ROH Tag Team Titles against not one, but three of the top teams in ROH today. The Kings of Wrestling will be looking to recapture the belts they held for over a year, but the inclusion of the volatile Briscoe Brothers and up-and-comers Kenny King & Rhett Titus of the All-Night Express complicates matters. And speaking of The Bricoes & ANX, can their hatred be put on standby while they challenge for the belts? Or will this blood feud reignite in New York City?

ROH TV TITLE MATCH; Christopher Daniels (c) vs El Generico

With the sale of ROH to the Sinclair Broadcasting Group and the imminent return of ROH on TV in a month or two the ROH TV Title has been brought out of hiatus, but since ROH on HDnet ended the ROH TV Champion Christopher Daniels has become a changed man, turning on his friends and fans by joining up with the insidious Truth Martini's House of Truth faction. But he'll have a tough time keeping hold of his belt as he has to face 'The Generic Luchadore' El Generico, one of the most celebrated wrestlers on the independent circuit today. Can 'The Fallen Angel' Christopher Daniels retain his title in NYC, or will it be a celebration for the former ROH Tag champ El Generico?

Also signed to appear;

. Jay Lethal making his eagerly anticipated return to ROH!
. 'The Notorious 187' Homicide
. 'The Prodigy' Mike Bennett
. The Embassy
. Colt Cabana
. Steve Corino
. Michael Elgin
. Adam Cole & Kyle O'Reilly

Live from New York City on June 26th via Internet Pay Per View for just $14.99;

Anyone else going to be watching what is almost guaranteed to be one of the best wrestling shows of the year? For $15 you'd have to be crazy to call yourself a wrestling fan and not order this show.

Wasn't Bourne supposed to have gotten a push for some sort of title somewhere?

Didn't Phoenix eliminate the Great Khalij in a Royal Rumble match? (With a lip-lock and then a LARIAT.)

But that's just one diva.. If the whole division is supposed to be so talented and athletic, then what are the other girls doing? Other than cowering before Kharma and botching basic wrestling moves..? Looks alone don't make for a good product unless your selling beer..

This is the PG WWE. They aren't gonna show a man hitting a woman, no matter the situation, as long as they stay PG.

'Sides, I just wanna see a good division. When Finlay was running the division, he'd work your candy-ass over until you turned out like Ivory or Stratus.

AMAZING hype video for Eddie Edwards vs Davey Richards at ROH - Best in the World 2011;

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GZ9ETYFLdAk

Seriously, why can't other wrestling companies use story lines like this? Stories based in reality that have ACTUAL emotion. I can't wait for this match, it's going to be awesome, although I'm really torn over who I want to win. Davey deserves the belt, but Eddie's run has been great so far.

I really hope that tv deal means I'll finally be able to watch ROH

Anybody been watching Zack Ryder's True Long Island Stories on youtube? Funny stuff. There's a great bit where he talks about how he's always busy doing "jobs". Little wrestling geek humor there. There's another great joke where he talks about "shooting" and then pulls out a toy gun. I also love when he says he hasn't been on Raw for a very long time and starts crying :lol:

Yeah, that's probably true. I'm well aware that my dream of intergender matches in pro wrestling is probably just that, a dream. But you know, the WWE sells itself as an entertainment product and if you look at modern tv shows and movies it's very normal now to see man on woman combat, but not in pro wrestling. It kind of makes wrestling seem behind the times.
