Honestly, the only reason I would update my firmware at this point would be for Last Guardian (let's face it, it'll require an update and we all know it.)
Even then, I'll probably just wait it out and see if custom firmware starts popping up.

Im looking for a way I can transfer ps3 game into hard drive by computer, something like a iso loader similar to wii thing? It might be faster to backup by hard drive then by ps3. Internal is pretty cool but rather save hard drive space.

FTP server. Just fire it up and copy it over. Unless you're talking about streaming it from your PC, then no that is not possible yet.benderx wrote:Im looking for a way I can transfer ps3 game into hard drive by computer, something like a iso loader similar to wii thing? In fact, the only console that .iso streaming is possible on is the Gamecube.Niode wrote:FTP server. Just fire it up and copy it over. There was a tool that allowed you to do it on the PSP too.lisalover1 wrote:In fact, the only console that .iso streaming is possible on is the Gamecube.Niode wrote:FTP server. Sony now think they are better than the Streisand effect. Yeah... Good luck with that one Sony, you're gonna need it.

Well in previous gens, the vast install base made up for the sales lost to piracy. Now they don't have that to fall back on.
Plus as proved by the software sales of PC PSP and DS the internet makes piracy all that more hurtful to their pocket.
But really, punishing us will hardly help their case (in the eyes of the consumer/pirate)

Well I just see it as karma biting them in the ass for what they did to Lik-Sang (and to a lesser extent, Bleem)
