Well, they broke up in 2004. Though that video was just recently and Wiki says they got back together in 2009. With any luck they'll be making some new tunes after the break.

Apparently this film was funded in large part by fans after they saw the old trailer. The film makers have raised like 9 million for the budget of the film. I got to say, from the trailer it looks better than films with ten times that budget.

Anyhow, this is pulp as shit. Does it get anymore pulp than space nazis? This shit looks awesome. I have to be careful though, Luke already thinks I am a Nazi. Just messing around with you dude.

I guess the basic premise is that in the last days of WW2 Nazi forces in Antarctica left for the moon in UFO's and have been living on its dark-side all this time and they decide to invade the Earth in 2015. I think the film is supposed to be released soon under a digital distribution model.

Isn't Iron Sky made by the same Finnish folks who did Star Wrek? I met a bunch of Finnish tourists a few years ago and one of them claimed to be working on IS and told me that it was still in the works, but I didn't go into details as I should have. Anyway even if it's a new group the premise looks interesting. And yes the movie is going to be distributed via P2P just like Star Wrek: In the Pirkinning.

Okay, apparently Arnold Shwartznegger did several commercials for a Japanese pharmaceutical company called Takeda around 1990. They are fantastically horrible.






The weirdest part for me is that my Dad works for that company as a lobbyist. Holy crap.
