Das a pretty funky groove. I'm guessing it's just the video that was inspired by "Remind Me."

The composition is pretty minimalist, but I think the vocals really carry it. I can see where you're coming from, though. I'm guessing you didn't care much for Senior, yeah?

You'd guess wrong... :P

The Alcoholic, Senior Living, The Drug, Forsaken Cowboy, The Fear, and Coming Home are all very nice. Didn't care much for the intro -...And The Forest Began To Sing- and outro -A Long Long Way- songs though. And Tricky Two wasn't half as good as Tricky Tricky without Fever Ray's voice either. But apart from that, sweet album... ^^

As far as melancholy goes I find Senior Living a 1000 times better than Something in my Heart. Something about Something in my Heart's whiny lyrics just doesn't make sense to me. The more I think about those lyrics, the more they annoy me...

Those are pretty much my exact feelings toward Senior, as well. The Alcoholic, Forsaken Cowboy, and Coming Home are my favorites, while everything else is fairly good. I probably like Tricky Two more than you do, but still no comparison to Tricky Tricky. (Though I don't love Tricky Tricky to begin with.)

Eple is classic. You have great taste, sir. Eple, and In Space really make Melody AM. If it weren't for Junior being one of the most perfect things ever, Melody AM would still be my favorite Royksopp album, because of those two tracks.

So, PHASEONE is a pretty hip cat:

Thinking about picking up If I Tell U on vinyl.

I know this has probably already be brought up but is anyone else a fan of the ASOT by Armin van Buuren? My favorite DJ/Producer of all time!

Ooooooooh! I'm excited to hear this.

I've been listening to game sound designer, chris hulsbeck's solo work. It makes me feel very nostalgic for mud 90's and Amiga stuff.
