Uhoh, I didnt back mine up. But Gaige is SUPER easy to play, the robot is like a mobile turret.

How does this bug work with steam cloud syncing?

So I wasn't affected by the bug. And I agree, Deathtrap is amazing. Too bad the cooldown is 60 seconds and doesn't start ticking until he goes away. My current plan is to go a little into Anarchy for the damage boosts, then go for the full elemental tree.

So, I've not had time to start this game yet, would it be weird to have Gaige be the first char I play?
Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended...so the world might be mended.

Nahh, wouldn't be weird at all. The game never references the type of character you are, so the experience for any class is identical. The only thing that changes is the tools you use to engage in wholesale slaughter.

After playing some more with her, I am not smart enough to use the Anarchy tree, Ill stick with the Girlfriend tree. I would have started with her if she was available from the outset.

I will say this though, doing the new game plus on this is AWESOME. Caustic Bonerfarts are nasty. And finding white guns that are better than my orange guns from the first playthrough on Liars Berg is just mind jarring to me. The game is getting into crazy gun production. Sadly Ive yet to find a better grenade than the one Ive been using (and calling bloodwing) - Homing, Caustic, Singularity, MIRV that does 2000ish damage X 7.

Awesome! It's not fucking zombies!

[edit] And now the comments enrage me. Someone says "I know they say that the game finishes long before it ships, but who knows?" to defend their dislike of early DLC. My response is "Everyone in the software field who has EVER shipped a physical product".

I just realized that I can likely play this game on my MacBook Pro, though I didn't see a Mac version when it launched

Productivity: nice knowing ya

Edit: it let's me install but only downloads a few small files? Must be something weird going on...
