
It's Treasure's 1995 release Light Crusader.
This is an action-adventure isometric dungeon crawler, not totally unlike say Lady Stalker or Pentagram. It's the most not-Treasure game I've ever played by Treasure, that's for sure. (I think they made it for the western gaming market first and foremost.) A very cerebral puzzle solving affair, the hacky-slash stuff is totally secondary. Overall I really enjoyed this experience, although it was perhaps too easy for its own good.
