Alrighty...
So I kinda messed this thing up, plenty of excuses but no need to even bother bringing those up, time to gt back on the wagon.
I start a new job in March so want to get this done before then, but there are more unfinished days left in the program than I have before I start work, so I need to do on average about 1 and a half sessions per day. Did two today.
Day Whatever: Day 20's Plyometric Cardio Circuit and Day 23's Cardio Power & Resistance
Day 21 is scheduled rest, day 22 is Purdio Cardio + Cardio Abs which takes over an hour and I had to go to a friend's birthday do, so will do Day 22's session tomorrow morning. Definitely feel some set back physically, couldn't quite keep up at the end of both of today's sessions, but doesn't feel like I'm starting from scratch. Still plenty of fat to burn so got to keep pushing.
Still on the vegan diet by the way, I weighed myself after I took a crap this morning, about 93 kilos. Undiez pics when I got something good to show off. Stay tuned!
