^Yeah, I mean in contrast with the other shmups / FPS and similar genre'd stuff, that one didn't resonate with me. I was trying to accommodate one of the OP's titles legitimately being crap - but of the "crap" listed, most of it was cross-platform crap and actually better on the DC.

The games listed were listed from consensus gathered from Conversations I had elsewhere about Good/Bad Dreamcast games.

I DID NOT go by The Dreamcast Magazine They gave Gunburd 2 a 3 or something... NOT a magazine to have been listened to.

I don't think anyone's arguing, just having conversation. A blanket statement that Saturn is better than Dreamcast and it can't be seen otherwise is a pretty strong comment and folks are going to want to know how you come to that opinion.

All the people who've replied in this thread are fans of both systems and not to speak for the group, but I don't know that any of us feel one is better than the other. If i'm more in the mood for action/rpgs or straight rpg, I usually gravitate to SAT. If i'm in the mood for fighters, I turn on the DC usually. Shmups, it's a toss up. Puzzlers, it's a toss up. So I know for me, and likely for CD/Bry/Pierrot, just wanting to know how you come to your opinion. No harm done.

I feel a little bad, 'cause it sort of looks like I crapped on your collection thread, Rev. I have no qualms with you liking the Saturn more than the Dreamcast. (If that is the case.) I was just trying to understand some of the opinions you were expressing, and add some different perspective for consideration.

Totally! It's the same with the Genesis/SegaCD/32X too, for me.

It's all good. I also say..debate.. rather than argue (changed that)

The Dreamcast could have fared better though if Bleem was ever finished. I've played Einhander on Dreamcast...aside from the fact it has sound glitches coming out it's ass. It's a nice Glimpse at what could have been. But that's the problem with Bleemcast as it is... every game I play on it is glitchy.

BUT... I do think a new thread shalt be made next time I get some games. I do have an N64 collection to start showing off too after all.

Rev I should say this, I don't think the Saturn is lesser than the DC. I adore the Saturn. I just don't think one is better than the other.

It's not noticible but Rockman X4 and the mega Man X collection are in my Saturn and Gamecube respectively. If you were wondering why the Gamecube is so excited about Megaman X/Rockman
