I agree. Almost every Sega game since the DC has been crap. Outrun 2 being an exception, and maybe the portable Sonic games. Still, I have hopes for Nights PS2. I wouldn't mind playing it on my LCD with component video.

At least the old Sega games we know and love still exist. My DC still sits on top of my PC ready to play, and I've got a nice stack of games. No amount of bad business decisions can ever take them away 8)

Some of the Xbox ones like Panzer Dragoon Orta, JSRF, and Gun Valkyrie were good.

Sega still put out some good games, and some or there Xbox games were great, oh and Monkey Ball on GC too. But yes, for the most part this isn't the same Sega, but I do think poeple are bit over the top iwth the Sega is dead thing.

F-Zero GX is by far the best post-DC title. Yes, Sega made it.

Yeah. but they were originally being developed for the Dreamcast that's why. I had completely forgot that sega did still have a couple of decent titles(monkey ball, sonic rush, etc) and the whole arcade industry so it makes sense they would still be making money. F-zero GX is the one on the Triforce right?

Yeah -- (and I forgot to mention Monkeyball)
F-Zero was a great collaboration and is still my favorite racer of all time

Most of the key players of the good 'ol days have moved on.
Agreed. Whether you like it or not its a different Sega and this one is in better shape finacially.

I found Ryu Ga Gotoku/Yakuza to be pretty good. The upcoming PS3 prequel looks interesting.

Despite Kotaku saying the game will "stay true to the bad graphics", here's a screenshot proving that it will have improvements, located on the link they posted no less. Retards.

So it's like the Panzer Dragoon port, in that the player is remodeled, and other key objects may be too. The resolution is also doubled.

Looks good! Kotaku, I'm disappointed in you...
