Rayman Advance. It's the original game with a couple of tweaks.

If we consider ports we have pretty good ones for the hardware in Sega Arcade Gallery, including Afterburner, Space Harrier, OutRun and Super Hang-On. I haven't been able to compare much but OutRun's gameplay is perfect, they only remove a sizable part of the scenery.

One of my favorite GBA cartridges is called Capcom Classics Mini Mix. This cartridge has three NES carts built in: Strider, Mighty Final Fight, and Bionic Commando.
Highly recommended.

Apologies if someone has already said this one, but I haven't seen it. Eye of the Beholder was a remake of Advanced Dungeons & Dragons: Eye of the Beholder for the SNES (which itself was a port of the PC version).
