You guys know there's a charge attack right?

Care to elaborate?

You hold L1 and your ship does a little charging smash attack that propels you in whatever direction you want. I'm not a fan and haven't really found a use for it really but it's there.

I just got sick of trying to do a good run on 1-3 and couldn't even make it to the first check point on 3-1

I downloaded PixelJunk SideScroller and some other PixelJunk games when they were on sale. I made it to Sector 1-3, which I hope to beat before bedtime. My scores are pretty crap so I won't bother posting them. I'm enjoying SideScroller so far. I'm digging the arcade vector graphics look. I found to game easy to understand and didn't have any the problems other posters mentioned (like the circle). I'm not too fond of the music, though.
