I used to drown the most upset guests in that game to make the happiness of the park go up.
Other times I'd take the upset guests and dump them on an island filled with dancing panda costume guys and overpriced bathrooms.
Speaking of that type of game, there's all sorts of disasters you can unleash in Sim City. The SNES version even had Bowser!
All the best disasters in the SimCity games are in SimCity 2000. Type in "Priscilla" during the game to unlock the cheat menu, which contains all the biggest disasters like the volcano.

Death rides are so 2002. The real way to torture your guests in Roller Coaster Tycoon is with Mr. Bones' Wild Ride.

That was posted here recently... so awesomely cruel. Don't know if I'd want to meet the guy who took the time to design it though.
