Is it in the Bionis' Leg? That was the worst dungeon I've ever seen and one of the most annoying boss fights ever. The whole place felt like lazy panning to just keep the game extended. The game has been insanely easy up to this point and I'd welcome a challenge, but this whole area was just bad game design through and through... so no excuses. It just sucked.
Luckily the final dungeon has been completely epic though.

Melia and her powerful spells should make short work of those annoying orbs the boss spawns. Ricky might be useful too. In general you need powerful magic for her.dreamcast4ever83 wrote:No its at the heart of the bionis where everything has woken upXeogred wrote:Is it in the Bionis' Leg? And yeah I finally started using Melia at the end here, she's pretty awesome.
I still like playing as Dunban the most though. Haste 50, Agility maxed, Double Attack 50... he's a beast.

Started playing Xenoblade a few days ago. Only 3 or 4 hours in. Wasn't liking the battle system at first, but now I am alright with it. So far it's decent.

Give it a lil more time. I haven't had this much fun with an RPG in a decade. It's my Chrono Trigger of this generation.ZenErik wrote:Started playing Xenoblade a few days ago. Only 3 or 4 hours in. Wasn't liking the battle system at first, but now I am alright with it. So far it's decent.

I wonder how much of the "Dream Team" is still intact over the years. I'd say a good bit since you can still pick out some similarities between all the Chrono's and Xeno games. As far as I know, I've completely loved every RPG these guys have made. Love how they all have some big sci-fi elements as well.D.D.D. wrote:Give it a lil more time. Buy a Wii U and don't hold your breath, cause it will probably take them another 4 years to make another game (and my complaint of course is that they can't come out sooner, but I guess you mustn't rush a masterpiece)Xeogred wrote: Can't wait for Monolith-Soft's next hit.

Re: Xenoblade Chronicles - Last Story
Xenoblade took awhile and it shows. I prefer devs take their time rather than some of the big ones who poop out sequels every year and the quality and excitement is completely lost... so yeah I can probably wait, heh. I definitely want to replay the Xenosaga's again sometime.
