Ive been dating my girlfriend for a year and a half, we will be atleast engaged, if not married, by the end of this year. There are a couple things that need to fall into place before then, and they slowly are.

The funny part is that since we have lived on our own for so long, individually not as a couple, we already have atleast one of most anything we will ever need. For example, we have five coffee pots of different sizes (three of which match the rest of the kitchen tools). All we are missing are some actual tools, some of the silver pattern (we have all of our China but one Dinner plate) and random fun things. So the number one item on our registry is two Dragoncon Eternal memberships.

Been with my gf for 6 months now and it's going pretty smooth for once. Not sure how I keep finding women that are willing to put up with my madness but I'm not complaining.

As for marriage I'm not very into that. Beyond the whole risk of getting divorced and screwed over thing, I don't like thought of being with the same person forever.

Been with the girlfriend for almost 3 years. Refuse to get married. For many reason but the one I enjoy to use is that I couldn't in good consciousness get married when homosexuals are not aloud to. It doesn't seem humane. Also I don't really care for the concept of marriage in general. I am not religious so I really have no need to sign a paper to prove love for the government. Also no way I am risking getting my shit taken away in a nasty divorce lol.
