The only time I ever cut my toast is when i'm making soldiers for a dippy egg. (that's a soft boiled egg to you yanks).
If I'm just having toast I prefer to eat the entire thing whole, crusts and all, because I'm not a pussy.

I never have toast. Not even with eggs. I just eat the eggs plain or with some ponzu and cock sauce.
As for sandwiches, my favorite way to make one has no bread. I will take all of the ingredients (meat, cheese, lettuce, etc.) and put them in a bowl. Not only does this taste better to me, but it's more healthy.
If someone puts a gun to my head and demands me to cut toast, I will cut it down the middle, orthogonally. That's what I voted for.
