Re: harper's room
I get where your coming from though. I'm attempting to get the games I want for N64 complete, and I'm still missing a damned manual for HM 64. I'll find one some day...

Nice, I like mine cart only for the most part but I might go back and try to box up my favorites or something.Forlorn Drifter wrote:I get where your coming from though. Yeah just saw a manual for Harvest Moon on ebay for $20, yikes. I wish you luck in finding a good deal on one.
Re: harper's room
I was lucky enough to get HM64 when it was still in stores, the N64 is like the only console pre-2000 where i actually have all my box's and manuals.harper wrote:Nice, I like mine cart only for the most part but I might go back and try to box up my favorites or something.Forlorn Drifter wrote:I get where your coming from though. I wish I still had mine from back in the day, but I guess technically all our game stuff belonged to my brother and I was too young to care. hahaHazerd wrote: I was lucky enough to get HM64 when it was still in stores, the N64 is like the only console pre-2000 where i actually have all my box's and manuals.

Awesome room man!!! Love the Zelda store display (I'm very jealous lol) and the Zelda poster. Also very impressed with your nintendo 64 collection. Keep up the solid collecting my friend.

Re: harper's room
I could instantly tell your Nintendo 64 was hooked up with S-video because of that purple cord. I should know as I have that exact monster S-video cable. The build quality on it is amazing. The connectors are heavy and a little hard to put in depending on your jack but they are awesome.
The cables also don't produce that nasty mesh lines like a lot of other pseudo s-video Nintendo cords do.
I highly recommend upgrading everything you can to S-video.

Re: harper's N64 stuff
I actually came pretty close to impulse buying Ogre Battle 64 recently but I just couldn't do it. It's not as expensive on ebay as I thought it would be which is why it was tempting, but I just don't think it interests me enough at the moment. The way I see it is, buy games that I want and will actually play now, buy everything else to complete my collection later (if I even still want to do that when the time comes).
