I dislike the ps2 for reasons largely unrelated to its games.
If it's the "because it killed the Dreamcast" reason I'll come through the internet and punch you.
No, that isn't one of my reasons. It's too bad too. I'd like to see someone come through the internet. Sounds painful though.

Unreliable hardware is one of my reasons.

The controller is tiny in my big hands.

Sony made it.

I'm a big Sega fan, but my game gear goes largely unused. There just aren't many game gear exclusives which appeal to me.

Geez, the N64 is one of my favorite systems.

I don't personally like the PC-Engine/TG16 though I have tried and tried. While Rondo is one of my favorite games, and R-type isn't bad... i have found no other reason to play this system.

Most handhelds I dislike as well. I just can't get into handheld gaming.

You know I don't understand the hardware issues people had with ps2's other than the old fat ones not reading blue disks... I have heard about disk read error and so on. Hell, I managed a Game Crazy for 4 years and a lot of every used system came back excluding the gamecube. I have 3 ps2's in my house. 1 is a launch fatty that I still play and it plays perfect then I have 2 slim units that have never had any problem either along with all my friends who still play their fats weekly. The PS2 was just freaking awesome.although I still have a launch 360 that still plays perfect too...

NES. It was my first console and now that I look back, it had absolutely NOTHING (with the exception of SMB and SMB3) that tickled my fancy. And X360 just because of the 'mainstream' gamer people who go on and on about COD and BF.

And on a side note, N64 is the GREATEST Nintendo system ever, 'nough said.

Legend of Zelda? Gradius or Life Force? Crystalis? Contra? Metroid? Bubble Bobble? Galaga? Mega Man/2/3? Castlevania/2/3? Kid Icarus?

WTF is all the Nintendo 64 hate? Guess people love playing trough FFvii that much?

I really dont hate any systems but some rub me the wrong way.

Xbox for being very lame and lacking in good games.

360 for forcing you to pay 60 dollars a year to unlock the other part of your 60 dollar purchase. Shouldnt that mean that the game should only be 30 if you dont have live?

PS3 for these shitty "online pass" BS. If I want to lend my game to a friend or trade for another one I now have to explain that they have to pay an extra 10 dollars to play the MP part of the game. Thats cool.

The Wii only because they didnt allow me to play Donkey Kong Country Returns with the classic controller. Bastards.

If I were to mention modern gaming, I would also give these reasons. Motion controls is the #1 reason I am hesitant about Wii gaming.
